The Heart Bucket
The Heart Bucket is a little known part of our physical and spiritual makeup. This little bucket is only the size of a thimble. In fact a tiny thimble. It is located just above and on the right of the heart. Everyone has one.
When you are a baby it is full. It is filled with love from god. God loves you absolutely and god created you. God loves everyone and everything in the universe. God created everything and many people call god the Creator.
The universe is so big and complex we cannot even imagine it. There are billions of stars just like our sun. And on the other hand there are amazing microscopic things we can’t see. But if we could see them they would be as wonderful and colorful as the most beautiful garden. And there would be sounds and music more wonderful and beautiful than anything you’ve ever heard.
When you’re born you are a gift to your parents from god. Your parents love you very much. It is your parents job to take care of you and to love you. They give you love and fill up your heart bucket. Because as you grow the bucket is always being filled and emptied. Love is like water and always moving and flowing in and out and all around.
Love keeps moving around and back and forth and up and down. Just like water and air it never stops. And just like water and air there are times and places where there is a lot of love or not very much.
Everyone has a heart bucket. Your mother and father and family and friends each have a heart bucket. Their heart buckets are not quite full. Because as adults they have a lot of things to do and think about. And so their love is being used every day. A lot goes to you. But they must give love to each other and to friends and their job. It is a busy life to be an adult. Going to work and doing the things people must do every day uses a lot of energy and love. And some times people have added stress from being sick or worried about things.
You see some adults and some children in the world who are sad or angry , sick or in pain. This is because their heart bucket is running low on love. Not enough love has been going in. And then they lose energy and the strength to be loving. Unfortunately some people don’t even have enough love to love themselves. And it is a sad thing but they aren’t happy. They get sick physically and emotionally from a lack of love.
If you see people like this give them a little love. Say hello or smile. Love is a magic thing. When you give it away it comes back to you. And the more we can give the happier and healthier everyone will be. Imagine a world where everyone is happy. And everyone is healthy. We can help to fill everyone’s Heart Bucket and have a better world. Be kind. Give and spread your love around so that there will be more than enough for everyone. And we will have a better world where there are no poor and hungry people. And everyone will be better off.
